Marine Collagen with Magnesium from Ana María Lajusticia® is composed of Peptan® hydrolysed collagen, sourced 100% from fish supplied by fishing companies certified for their sustainable practices (MSC). Hydrolysed collagen is an excellent source of amino acids, with very good tolerance, digestibility and bioavailability. Ideal to help you achieve healthy skin, supple joint tissues and strong bones. It facilitates endogenous collagen synthesis and prevents tissue wear and tear. Magnesium is an essential mineral in collagen supplements as it is necessary for collagen synthesis.
Directions for use
Take 6 to 9 tablets a day, divided between breakfast and dinner. Serve with food rich in vitamin C. Average contents per daily dose of: 6 tablets (4.5 g): hydrolysed collagen 3.6 g, magnesium 169 mg (45% NRV*). 9 tablets (6.8 g): hydrolysed collagen 5.4 g, magnesium 254 mg (68% NRV*).
