In addition, magnesium contributes to normal protein synthesis, normal psychological function and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. It also contributes to the process of cell division. Directions for use
Take 2 to 3 tablets a day, spread over the main meals. Average content per daily dose of 2 tablets (1.5 g): magnesium 249 mg (66% NRV*). Average content per daily dose of 3 tablets (2.25 g): magnesium 374 mg (100% NRV*).
